Fourteen capabilities. One accountable team.

Some of what we do needs crews and plant on the ground. Some of it needs neither, and is delivered from North Ferriby and Port of Spain to any market in any time zone. The table below says which is which.

Delivered from anywhere

No site visit required. Design, GIS, project management, as-builts and automation are available worldwide, delivered from North Ferriby and Port of Spain to any market, in any time zone.

Build management platforms

DifferentiatorSee the platform at work

Large-scale GIS platforms deployed for operators as real-time build management systems, onboarding multiple build partners into one view. Configured on ArcGIS rather than built as bespoke software.

OSS/BSS integration

Differentiator

As-built records moved cleanly into the operator’s own operational and business systems, so the network can be sold and supported the day it is built.

Worldwide

Network design — HLD / LLD

See our design capacity

High-level design supporting 120,000+ premises a month. Low-level design delivering 60,000+ a month with full documentation. A dedicated team of 10+ GIS specialists.

Geospatial & data

Spatial data transformation, paper-to-digital conversion with georeferencing and vectorisation, data consolidation, and custom conversion tooling built in FME. Analytics and dashboarding on top.

Consulting & strategy

Network feasibility studies, strategic rollout planning and optimisation, vendor evaluation, regulatory and compliance guidance, programme management.

Follows the crews

Needs crews and plant on the ground, so it goes where we have them. Each line shows exactly where.

Survey & mobile mapping

LiDAR capture for telecom sites and routes, from collection through processing and analysis to permitting coordination. Rapid mobile collection across 50–100 mile daily ranges. Custom field forms and network surveys.

Project management, trenching, duct laying, vacuum excavation, cable installation, street furniture, routing and termination, site safety and quality assurance.

Installation & integration

FTTH and FTTP builds, core networks and data centre connectivity, through to complex fibre joint and ODF construction. Our engineers build and splice CMJ, MMJ and LMJ configurations across HellermannTyton, Prysmian, CommScope and Hexatronic enclosure systems — cable preparation, high-count fusion splicing, fibre identification and routing, tray configuration, ODF build and patching. Also DWDM, copper upgrades, radio planning, VoIP, IoT and satellite systems. Customer installations at volume: 50,000+ homes connected, including copper-to-fibre migrations.

Test, commissioning & maintenance

See how we test and assure

Full bi-directional OTDR testing across backhaul and access networks, analysed end to end rather than handed over as raw traces. Live-network fault finding and restoration. Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, asset management and real-time monitoring. EXFO Certified Contractor. Currently covering roughly 20,000 homes under live operations and maintenance in Arizona.

Overhead & façade cabling

Aerial and building-face fibre construction in dense urban streets — 436,000 metres delivered on a single Irish national programme.

Microtrenching & directional drilling

See the microtrenching programme

Microtrenching runs in the USA only — 460,000 ft of route in Arizona to date, sustained at 10,000 ft or more a week with a single crew, where open cut is impractical, unaffordable or would never be permitted. Directional drilling runs in Ireland as well — most recently 1,700 m under agricultural land on a water main replacement, at up to 450 m in a single week, and a technical drill under a live motorway.

Locations · offices and delivery footprint

Four offices, and the places we travel to.

Some of what we do follows the crews, so it happens where they are. Some of it has no geography at all, and is delivered from a desk to any market in any time zone.

Offices: North Ferriby, UK · Ballymount, Ireland · Phoenix, USA · Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago

United Kingdom

North Ferriby, East Yorkshire — group headquarters

Nationwide field delivery and design. Civils, installation, splicing, test and assurance, and the design and geospatial team, all run out of North Ferriby.

The largest construction credential in the group: over 200,000 homes passed on MS3 Networks’ full-fibre network across the Humber, and 50,000+ homes connected through our customer installation work — on that network, and in copper-to-fibre migrations for another operator.

Alongside it, rural gigabit delivery on a publicly funded programme: 856 km of backhaul route tested and assured, across 11 communities.

Ireland

Ballymount, Dublin

Full field delivery at national scale: 52,300 homes constructed on a national coax-to-full-fibre programme as at September 2026, 40,000 of them released for sale, including 436,000 metres of overhead and façade construction and 7,600 private wayleaves secured ahead of the build.

Also prime contractor on four concurrent water infrastructure contracts across Dublin and Co. Meath.

United States

Phoenix, Arizona

Full field delivery, and the only market where we run microtrenching — 460,000 ft of route to date, in terrain and communities where open cut was never going to be permitted. Directional drilling we also run in Ireland.

Overhead fielding runs across North Carolina on a roaming model, and network operations and maintenance are delivered from Mesa and Chandler, currently covering roughly 20,000 homes.

Port of Spain

Port of Spain is the design and geospatial delivery centre, and it serves every market we work in rather than the Caribbean alone. High-level and low-level network design, spatial data transformation, and automation development for ETL processes.

It also builds and deploys the platforms: live construction support for design changes as they happen on site, and real-time as-built support back into the operator’s own systems.

English-speaking, in a time zone that overlaps both the United States and Europe, which is why it works as a delivery centre rather than a back office.

Delivered elsewhere

No office — project delivery only

Offices and delivery footprint are not the same thing. Beyond the four offices, we have delivered work in Belgium, France, Germany and Canada. We mobilise, deliver and demobilise, with no local office in those countries.

The largest of them is a data centre build and commissioning programme in Brussels, Belgium: 3,283 connections patched and tested across four platforms, every ready-for-service date met.
